From inner ecology to organisational ecology

We help organisations create the conditions to collaborate, make decisions, adapt and evolve over time.
Individuals
At the individual level, Strategy Yin explores the inner ecology of leadership: the way we observe, think, decide and relate to the systems in which we act.
The two approaches are distinct, but they share the same underlying philosophy.
The Ecology of Strategy connects the inner ecology of the individual with the wider ecology of the organisation. This is the perspective that guides SEPO.
